If you follow a blue highway south of Lake Orizon, you will reach a blue turnstile. If you enter it, you will find a blue path that twists and turns all over the place, called Roundabout Way. At the end of Roundabout Way is "an enormous wooden dome, larger than ten circus tents rolled into one". Inside this dome you will find the Roundabouties.

The Roundabouties are completely round people. Their heads are round, their hands are round, their feet are round, ect. Their heads spin around. They spend all of their time dancing around in huge concentric circles. When a bell rings, they move to a circle closer to the middle, which spins in an opposite direction. When they reach the middle circle, they get to ride a merry-go-round. All of the Roundabouties sing a song while they dance, but they all sing different songs, so their dome is filled with discord.

The Roundabouties are ruled by a ring leader, who rings the silver bell that tells them when to switch circles. He sits at a round table in the middle of the merry-go-round and watches his subjects. Behind him is a round tower that Trot, Benny, and the Scarecrow used to escape the Roundabouties by climbing the spiral staircase in the tower and sliding down the dome. (The Giant Horse of Oz)
