Norman P. Hall was a graphic artist of the early twentieth century. He illustrated one of the stories in Baum's American Fairy Tales (1901). Later he provided the cover illustration and frontispiece for Baum's Aunt Jane's Nieces in the Red Cross (1915).

Apart from Baum books, Hall also illustrated many other volumes, mostly juvenilia and adventure stories. He worked for publisher Reilly & Britton on various titles, including their book series The Boy Scouts of the Air. He also provided pictures for series books like The Boy Craftsman, Homemade Toys for Girls and Boys, and Handicraft for Handy Boys.

He should not be confused with H. Putnam Hall, who illustrated the first edition of Baum's Annabel.
