Lobsters are citizens of the Mermaid Kingdom and servants in Queen Aquareine's palace. They wear gold bands behind their necks to show their servitude.
They are nervous, fussy creatures and are so excitable that when they are serving meals they occasionally bump into one another and upset platters of food, causing them to squabble and argue over the blame.
