Liza Minnelli (March 12, 1946 - ) is an American actress, singer, dancer, and choreographer. Known for her commanding stage presence and powerful alto singing voice, she is one of the very few performers awarded a non-competitive Emmy, Grammy (Grammy Legend Award), Oscar, and Tony (EGOT). She is a Knight of the French Legion of Honor. She is the daughter of Judy Garland, who played Dorothy Gale in the 1939 film The Wizard of Oz. She voiced Dorothy in the 1974 animated film Journey Back to Oz. Most of her lines had actually been recorded in the 1960s before the project was put on hold.

Liza made her stage debut at the tender age of three, joining her mother on stage during one of her concerts.
