Wiser the Owl (voiced by Oliver Platt) is a major character in Legends of Oz: Dorothy's Return (2014).
Appearance and Personality
Wiser is an human sized owl. He wears round specs and the feather patterns on his chest resemble a vest. He is also very wise. Due to his abnormally large stature he cannot fly.
