King Kleaver is the ruler of the Kingdom of Utensia.
Description[]
The king is a great cleaver with a keen edge. He holds court from a large butcher's block where he also likes to smoke his pipe and relax. His son is Prince Karver, and his chief advisors are Judge Sifter and High Priest Colender. (The Emerald City of Oz)
